乒乓球碰到墙壁会反弹回来，时间直线向前不会倒流，一个人不会同时出现在两个地方，生物会长大但到了某个阶段会停下。


 这种理性认知帮助我们生存并且进化。但反过来，这些规则是不容解释的：不知道是谁制定，但就是这样。


 这很可疑，且有趣。


 所以我想在这个理性的存在中制造一点非理性的“裂缝”，这样我们就可以重新欣赏理性的有趣之处，也包括非理性的美。
这系列中，“动物的出现”这件事就是我所谓的“裂缝”。
只不过，“很大的动物”是关于人类社会生活的裂缝，而“很大的人”是关于“存在”本身的“裂缝”。
后面的裂缝更大一些。

阐述：


“我们每个人自我的重量


取决于地球上人口的数量，


因此德谟克利特


相当于人类四亿分之一的重量，


勃拉姆斯相当于十亿分之一的重量，


贡布罗维奇本人则


相当于二十亿分之一的重量。


人类的总重量恒定不变，


所以当人口越来越多，


则每个个体变得越来越轻。”

《自我的重量》的名字来自于贡布罗维奇的一个哲学思考，
大概意思是：我们每个人“自我”的重量取决于地球上人口的数量。
全人类“自我”的重量是一个恒量，每个人“自我”的重量约等于他那个时代人口数量分之一。
&#38;nbsp; 也就是说当人类的数量越来越大时，每个人“自我”的重量会越来越轻。
柏拉图那个时代人类的“自我”会更重一些，而我们相比过去的人类，变得越来越无足轻重了。

顽固而持久的幻觉》

这个作品是关于衰老，关于如何对抗时间，关于使用短暂的肉体追寻永恒之真理是否可以作为对抗衰老与意识消逝的方法。
作品题目来自爱因斯坦，他在一位朋友去世以后写道：“像我们这样熟悉物理的人都知道，过去、现在和未来之间的分别不过是顽固而持久的幻觉。”


泳池场景最初的来源是一张NASA网站上的重力实验室的照片，而最后它变成了一个泡在泳池里的老人和一个结合了阿拉伯浴室建筑风格和某一时期社会主义审美趣味的泳池。

这个作品是关于衰老，关于如何对抗时间，关于使用短暂的肉体追寻永恒之真理是否可以作为对抗衰老与意识消逝的方法。
作品题目来自爱因斯坦，他在一位朋友去世以后写道：“像我们这样熟悉物理的人都知道，过去、现在和未来之间的分别不过是顽固而持久的幻觉。”


泳池场景最初的来源是一张NASA网站上的重力实验室的照片，而最后它变成了一个泡在泳池里的老人和一个结合了阿拉伯浴室建筑风格和某一时期社会主义审美趣味的泳池。
